Yes we do. Wiping baseboards is included on your first cleaning service and thereafter we maintain baseboards by dusting it regularly.

What should I do to not forget my cleaning day?

We'll give you a call or leave you a massage to confirm your service a day before your scheduled appointment.

What’s should I do if I have a complain?

Please inform us of any complains or concerns within 24 hours of your service. We'll try to help you over the phone, or if required we'll send a manager to your location to verify and solve the problem as soon is possible.

Yes we are. We can provided you with this information during the free estimate.

Do you usually send the same team?

Yes we do. We assign one team for each house and do our best to keep this schedule. In the special circumstances that your team is not available (like vacation, sickness or emergency) we'll always be able to provide you with a different team. Off course, you are not obligated in any way to keep your regular team and you may request a change at any time.
