We’ve been very happy with the Bright House Cleaning service. The cleaners and the office staff have been very professional. They always call to let us know when the cleaners will arrive. And the cleaners are respectful and clean very well. I also think it’s great that we can add in extras like the guest room or fridge, oven cleaning when we want it done.

We are very pleased with the thoroughness and attention to detail our regular house cleaners have shown consistently for the past 4 years. Our team takes care of business and we have a 4 bedroom / 3 bath home that smells clean, is disinfected and spic 'n span every time! The team takes pride in their work, without short cuts, and have proven to be very trustworthy. They call the night before to confirm and show up on time.

What a wonderful experience!

I can't say enough what a GREAT job they have done on my house. I called them with last minute Friday cleaning as I had an unexpected guests on Saturday. They have showed up on time Friday afternoon, even took extra time to complete tasks that were totally out of scope of regular cleaning (WOW!). Just like their name implies, they have made my house looking and selling BRIGHT! I just wish all services would so easy to deal with and so professional like Bright house cleaning!. Thank you! Excellent Service!
If you're ultra picky like me, you don't want just anyone cleaning your house. After meeting with three different housekeeping services and receiving three different estimates, my husband and I decided that we could entrust Bright House Cleaning to take care in doing a deep cleaning of our 2,900 sq. ft. home. After telling them our needs and desired outcome, our home shines now. Even our vaulted ceilings and high-up alcoves came our beautifully. By day's end, not a cobweb or dust bunny in sight!!! Even as the housekeepers were finished for the day and packed up their cleaning supplies in their vehicle, they noticed the front doors needed to be wiped down. They went back out to their car, grabbed a cloth and wiped away the dust. That's what I call detail-oriented!!! From the initial estimate from Monika, to the team of two housekeepers assigned to our home, they were simply great! If you're looking for a residential cleaning service that is reliable, prompt, professional and detail-oriented -- these are the folks you'll want to use. Additionally, they are also flexible. I was looking to get the service completed within my time frame, and the answered the call of duty. They provided service that not only met but EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS.
